Brand-new promotional video
Recently, we released a brand-new promotional video to showcase HUCO Labs activities, goals and future planning. Watch it on YouTube and share with your colleagues!

Technology, Research, Innovation: The TRIComp Framework
Developed by HUCO Labs, the TRIComp Framework strengthens applied innovation skills in technical professions at EQF levels 5 and 6, combining Technology, Research, and Innovation to prepare Europe’s workforce for a fast-changing world.
Responding to digitalisation, the green transition, and innovation demands, TRIComp introduces both a new competence model and a new professional identity: the TRI Professional – working at the intersection of technology, research, and innovation.
Structured into four areas—Innovation, Digitalisation, Management, and Green Transition—the framework is now being piloted in Italy (EQF 5) and France (EQF 6), integrating TRIComp competences into existing curricula.

HUCO Labs team meets in Karlsruhe
In July 2025, project partner Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) hosted the second transnational project meeting at their home campus in Karlsruhe, Germany.
Partners discussed the latest updates from the different work packages and necessary future steps to implement the next phase of the project. The next project meeting will be in Valencia in January 2026, hosted by Universitat Politècnica de València.
Stay tuned for future updates as we continue developing this project!
