From “source of knowledge” to innovation-oriented facilitator
Registrations are open for the HUCO Labs Train the Trainer course, a short, hands-on programme that helps teachers design, facilitate and assess authentic technical learning experiences in which students build technical competences while practising the transversal skills of the TRIComp Framework.
No long lectures: you bring a real work case from your own sector (a system failure, a non-conformity, a technical spec, a test report) and, step by step, with student-centred methods, digital tools such as Miro and Padlet and Generative AI, you turn it into a complete learning solution you can use in class straight away.
The modules are delivered by project partners Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and the Bundesverband mittelständische Wirtschaft (BVMW), bridging the academic and business perspective.
